Registration fees

The conference fees for Next Generation PV Materials 2026 are:

Cancellation policy

In the event that you must cancel your attendance, please consider our terms and conditions:

* If you cancel before May 10th, 2026, there will be €25 in administrative fees.

* If you cancel between May 10 and June 10, you will receive a 50% refund.

* If you cancel after June 10th or fail to show up, your registration fee will not be reimbursed.

The fee includes full attendance to all sessions, all lunches and coffee breaks and a bus pass for travelling to and from the conference venues. We aim to have all our food & drinks arrangements eco-friendly, using products from within the region and mostly organic.

Conference dinner

One of Groningen’s most exquisite historic buildings, De Prinsenhof, is home to the Brasserie / Prinsenzaal, which will host the conference dinner on Thursday, July 9. We provide a three-course walking dinner where you may socialize with your colleagues in an elegant setting while enjoying a variety of dishes and drinks.
